Flu talk
Whenever i have a flu, the world around just looks more unreal. After a rain, everything appears as if they are ready to bring back thousands of memory. Unfulfilled happiness and bittersweet nostalgia are none of my comfort. The world looks slightly more romantic under a flu person's eyes, but also more lonesome.
It also made me write melancholic words instead of usual practical humor. I miss the place I'm from. But I hope it's just a temporary after-effect. Soon enough when the pressure kicks in, there is no time for "flu emotions".
This place when i can free my eyes to the developing landscape of a modern city has become my new home for over a year. Some how, I find it peaceful and homely.
Saturday morning. I've worked on my new built website, dragging myself to go downstair to eat after being disappointed with the salty canned soup, writing this blog, and waiting for some messages.
I received a message from May Bank few days ago. I and my girls are going to the award ceremony next next monday. Not much anticipation, I'm just happy I have a proper excuse to escape monday class. haha.
Hopefully my cough will go away soon and I can be more energetic to work on the final project.
Happy weekend people!
